He made R C Lahoti PRECOMMIT that as CJI he will look in the complaints about Judges ( in fact there is a provision in Constitution to CASTRATE Kutta Muti Judges of SCI but no wanna talk of that because firstly no one has shapr enough knife for surgery, secondly, in any case, all are ball less ! )..so what I was saying ?
