So CJI Chandrachud ORDERED in pencil on my petition delivered to his house..for Legal Aid Committee to file the case..but they ditched me !

Then came in other things..CJI Mugguwati..Shayamala Pappoo with her all time queer theory that if you feel in your heart that injustice has been done to you..it has been done..so do not quote any more laws standing here in SCI compound before me a Senior Counsel..she must be nuts..all the time I was wondering that if I touched her shiney car with my dirty fingers she may as well slap me..and in any way some Policeman will be coming to prevent me the pauper from pestering a rich woman in a rich cars..as a law Rich persons must not be humans..but everything is ho-ssible for Alla-h ! So came Lucknow HC..I would go there by night train..pass day in Court..return by night train..They kept getting the matter postponed..! The case was admitted..by a Judge whose elder brother ( a famous lawyer ) had refused to take my case saying HAL is not State etc etc..also charged fee..asking if I need reciept..no..why..you too must black money..no ? Hello H C Mathur? Ganga Seeng ? Remember the case !

Then HAL arranged for my case file to be stolen..big disappointment..JAB DIL HI TOOT GAYA..etc etc ! But Registrar banged every one ! DIL phir dhak dhak karne laga..ab HAL kya karega !?

SO GOI made a tribunal law..to be applicable from the very next date of hearing of this case ! The point is that GOI can make Tribunals..but can neither transfer pending cases from HC..not vacate their Jurisdiction..but all Bharadwajs of all Law Ministries are first initiated by Raping their Mothers ! See CJI Balakrishnan..this is the mirror ? GOI is Brahmin..you are Son of Law of GOI..it is actually I who am Backward class..bhangi..mochi..mehtar..harijan..kanshi ram..no ? NOW this too is subject matter of PIL !!!

Thus I have told you all about PILs which is applicable now..so save your breaths..and ensure to notify Chairman of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited to stop fucking Mother India..be a man..and pay me 550 crore rupees..tax to be paid by them and GOI..and notify them now ! Coming to PILs..must be admissible if Basic Structure of Constitution has been, being, or likely to be altered by Other authorities..of which CORRUPT MPs are most notorious..PIL must be admissible !

For example when Justice Bhagwati forced me to first go to Lucknow HC ( tell me why SCI did not ask TOI petition to be sent first to Press Council ? )..he was acting beyond the letter and spirit of the Constitution !
